We serve as an extension of your practice, providing specialized hyperbaric oxygen therapy to support your patients' treatment plans.
A Collaborative Approach
At Hyperwell Oxygen Centers, we recognize that hyperbaric oxygen therapy is rarely a standalone treatment. It is an adjunctive therapy designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing medical or surgical interventions.
We are committed to clear, consistent communication. When you refer a patient, our physicians evaluate their candidacy for HBOT, oversee their daily treatments, and provide you with regular progress updates. Upon completion of their HBOT course, the patient returns fully to your care.
Indications We Treat
We accept referrals for the following CMS-approved indications:
- Diabetic foot ulcers (Wagner Grade III+)
- Chronic refractory osteomyelitis
- Osteoradionecrosis & soft tissue radiation injury
- Compromised skin grafts and flaps
- Selected necrotizing soft-tissue infections
Note: We are an outpatient facility and do not treat acute emergencies such as carbon monoxide poisoning or decompression sickness.
The Referral Process
Submit Referral
Fax the completed referral form along with recent clinical notes, relevant imaging, and demographic/insurance information to (734) 288-7779.
Verification & Scheduling
Our team verifies insurance coverage, obtains necessary prior authorizations, and contacts the patient directly to schedule their initial consult within 24-48 hours.
Evaluation & Treatment
Our hyperbaric physician evaluates the patient. If deemed a candidate, we initiate the treatment course and send you an initial consultation note and ongoing progress reports.
